What styles and colors do you monogram in?
We monogram in 2 font styles: block and script.
Placement is left chest (as if you are wearing the garment).
You may select black, white or navy thread color.
Please make choices carefully. Monogrammed item(s) are not returnable.

How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed and item(s) that are in stock are shipped within 2 business
days. Item(s) not in stock will be special ordered and require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Monogrammed item(s) add 7-10 business days to delivery time. We will notify you by
e-mail if there is a delay in shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.
How should I send a return or exchange?
Simply print and complete the "Satisfaction Guarantee" instruction form. Send the
item(s), and the completed form via insured, prepaid U.S. mail or UPS to:

Do I need a return authorization?
No, as long as you are returning an item within 30 days of purchase, the item is unworn
and the original tags are attached.
